@jacksonschan1 Oops. You may be asking about Online, and this answer was for desktop software. If so, please disregard the below. I'll leave another answer about the Online version to follow.

If bought directly from TurboTax, the Deluxe desktop version (CD/download) is the combo version with Federal and State.

To get the Deluxe desktop software version without a state, you'd have to buy from another reputable authorized retailer.

You may need to clarify exactly what product you are referring to. My answer above was for desktop TurboTax. (CD/download). Then right after I submitted it, I noticed the badge under your question says "Online Deluxe."

Are you asking how to remove a state return that was started by accident in Online Deluxe, so you can pay for and file only your online Federal return?

Or were you indeed asking about desktop Deluxe? Please explain what all you have done/are doing/need to do.
