Amazon sells TurboTax software for a much cheaper price than on the TT website. Do I get the same TT support if I buy from Amazon?

Ok ... first yes the program is the same HOWEVER make sure you are buying the same program ... the Deluxe is sold with and without the state program so be careful. If you buy without the state and you have to buy the state later you will not save much.

ALSO make sure you are actually buying from amazon and not an unauthorized third party seller.

It's the same product on Amazon. My mom bought it and I compared it to what I bought directly from Intuit. A savings of $45 for premier. It is crazy that I can buy it cheaper from Amazon than directly from Intuit. I asked for a refund and they refused. I guess I learned my lesson. I will never by direct from Intuit again. Poor customer service IMO

Our Satisfaction Guaranteed (or Guaranteed Easy) policy says that if you're not satisfied with your TurboTax software, you can return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

You can read the fine print at the Intuit Software End User License Agreement for TurboTax Desktop Software. Enter satisfaction guaranteed in the Find feature in your browser (usually listed under Edit) to go to it quickly.

To submit a refund request online, simply fill out our TurboTax Refund Request Form. If you purchased a CD, make sure you send us all the packaging that came with your CD.
