The best way to get your W-2 is from your employer. If you can't get access online you can contact your employer to try and get the correct code or a copy of the W-2.

If you can't then you can try to get a copy from the IRS or SSA.

You need to contact your employer to get your W2s emailed to you. The IRS has copies but they're not perfect. Your best course of action is to contact the employer who issued them to you.
