Yes.  The Self-Employed online edition supports entry of both a W-2 and self employment income and expenses on a Schedule C.

Yes, you can enter both a W-2 and a Form 1099 on a tax return.  If the Form 1099 is for self-employment income you will need to use the TurboTax online Self-Employed edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

 

You can use any of the TurboTax desktop editions to enter a W-2 and Form 1099 for self-employment - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
