This link is helpful. 2020 TurboTax provides ambiguous and misleading information.

"TO PAY YOUR TAXES DUE BY CHECK, MAIL THIS FORM TO THE ADDRESS LISTED BELOW."

Then lists:

DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY

INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE

OGDEN, UT 84201-002.

But, the IRS form above the line provides the information, "IF you live in ...", "THEN use this address..."

and none of the 4 different addresses listed are in Ogden.

(I'm doing an amended return using TurboTax Online Deluxe).
