Question

How do I use Fidelity discount to purchase desktop version? Link on Fidelity goes to a TT page that show only online versions. Fidelity says discount is for all versions.

The Fidelity web site provides a link to discounted versions of TurboTax. When I select that link, I am directed to a page on the Intuit website that offers only discounted online versions. If I go to the product page and add the desktop version to my cart and go through the checkout process, no option is provided to indicate I am a Fidelity customer and want to apply a discount.

Go to this page,
<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.fidelity.com/tax-information/turbotax-discount/overview">https://www.fidelity.com/tax-information/turbotax-discount/overview</a>

Then scroll down and Click on the Next Step - Get Turbo Tax now and save $20
Then You can click on Online or Download for Desktop

I was able to find the discount page for the desktop download.
Yes, the offer actually says "Up to" $20.  The discount varies according to which product.

Hmmm, looks like after you get to the page listing the Online versions go up to
Products and Pricing
Then pick CD/download Products

Last screen shot.  The Home & Business version is $20 off the Turbo Tax price

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the desktop products are not discounted on the download page even though Fidelity page indicates all versions are eligible for the discount. I also see the referrer code is lost when you go to the download page, meaning TT no longer knows you came from the Fidelity web site.
