I did use the online Live edition. The email says to click here to finish up your taxes and to receive the discount, but it's not applied at checkout.

Signed into TurboTaxLive this morning and then filed my return. The 25% discount was not received.

How do I obtain a refund for the discount that was not received?

Same issue for me. I clicked on the link from the email, tried to clear cache/cookies and didn't receive the discount. Was this a fraudulent email? Where is my 25% off?
