I would like to file Cares Act 401k withdrawal made in 2020. The third installment. Is Form 8915-F available for tax year 2022 in TurboTax?

Almost, according to forms availability, it will be available as shown below. Once it says ready and has a checkmark, you may want to update your product if not using the online version. To update:

If you're on a PC, open TurboTax and select Check for Updates from the Online menu near the top. On a Mac, simply quit and reopen TurboTax. If there are any updates, you'll be prompted to download them.

Tips:

It's best to use a wired, high-speed connection when updating, both to save time and minimize data corruption.
If your connection drops in the middle of the update, try again; it should pick up where it left off.
If you're having trouble updating on your PC, try a manual update.

It's 02/16 and form 8915F is still not available for filing. Now it states 02/23. What is going to be the next date?????

I have been waiting for form 8915-F too...this is the same thing that happened last year. The form is ready so why can't they get it into TurboTax?

I noticed a few days ago they pushed the date back also. Guess it's going to be a waiting game this year again.

Same old story with Turbo Tax. This is the reason I used Tax Slayer the last two years. Looks like I will go back to them again.

I cannot fathom why the hell it takes this long to make a freaking form available. Now it’s March 2nd, don’t hold your breath.

Now it's pushed back again to March 9th! Will we ever be able to do our freaking taxes with is form?!? This is ridiculous! What really is the deal? The IRS finalized the form weeks ago. Why can't TurboTax??

I finally gave up on waiting too - submitted fed and state taxes at freetaxusa for only $15. Was a loyal turbo tax customer and will not be back. Hope the folks at turbo tax are seeing all this noise and how many people are bailing.

Mine now has been pushed back to 3/9/23. This happened last year and is very frustrating.

I just check to forms availability tool in turbo tax and form 8915-F now says 3/9/2023 as being available. This is nuts. Why does this take so long? Also, after spending an hour with a turbo tax 'expert' on a chat, nobody told me this wasn't available yet. How is it that the turbo tax experts don't know this???
