Unable to purchase Turbotax Desktop (Premier + Advantage) 2025 through Fidelity Offer

I am a customer of Fidelity and fidelity offered discounted Turbotax.

I tried to purchase TT Desktop (Premier + Advantage) through fidelity link.

The payment flow allways ends in error (after TT Login is successful).

Please fix this issue or let me know what am i doing wrong.

Yep.....I tried the one to the right of it (without Advantage) and hit the same problem.

I might try again tomorrow/later.

I got it to work for me.

1) I made sure I was logged out of both Fidelity, and out of all Intuit/Turbotax screens.

2) I returned to the Download selection page. (prices still showing the discount, so there must be a Fidelity cookie set) TurboTax Desktop | Download Tax Software

3 ) I selected Premier & Shop Now.

4) Directed to select either +Advantage or onetime (I only ever use one-time)

5) I got a momentary error, but it quickly disappeared...and was directed to log in with my UserID/pwd

6) Presented next with the CCD info purchase page

Completed that and was able to access the download and shown the installation code (which I immediately copied to a paper and also to text file I keep with each year's codes in a Tax Download folder i Keep on my computer)

Have the same problem. Tried different devices, different browsers, went as far as creating a new Intuit Account thinking it might have been an issue with my existing account but met the same error code. Please update if you receive a fix.

i believe the offer from fidelity is only for federal file, where as the desktop software comes with federal + state.

this could be a reason why the checkout fails, but with a bad error message.

this is the only potential reason i could find. turbotax support could atleast show a usable error message. 😞

What is the price at Fidelity of Premier with and without Advantage? It's still $82.99 at Costco, but they (and Sam's Club) usually discount it to $69 in January. It's $105 directly from TurboTax.
