You will use  Other (not classified).  Box 14  is for miscellaneous information provided by employers.  TurboTax can use specifically identified codes that affect your state or federal taxes.  The 401af is for your a governmental, nonprofit, or educational institution retirement plan.  For California, there is no special reporting required. @vuacorona
