Question

I received an income Execution from NY Department of Taxation and Finance. I have already paid my taxes... Why am I receiving this? Is this an error on their part?

the amount is for $285 - why am I being charged this if I have already paid through your website/app?

Did it actually get paid?  If so send them proof of the payment.
