How do I correctly add information;DoorDash 1099?

Hi,I am looking for where I can edit my vehicle information and miles for my 1099 form. This is my first year using this option and I'm not sure why it says can't efile.

TurboTax Self Employed Online

Level 15

The DoorDash income (Form 1099misc) is considered self employment income. The income as well as expenses, including your vehicle, can be entered by following the information below.

My Account > Tools > Topic Search > Type 1099misc > Go
Enter your 1099misc and follow the prompts
My Account > Tools > Topic Search > Type vehicle expenses, self > Go
On the Business Income and Expenses screen select Business Vehicle Expense
