That is all the information I have on my 1099-R.  How can I get Turbo Tax to process the information "as is"?

Well, you could try changing the zip code to 80216 and see if the program will accept that zip code so that you can file the return.  The IRS is only looking for a valid EIN and the correct amounts entered on the Form 1099-R.

What is the zip code you are entering for a Denver, Colorado (CO) address?

Denver, CO  [removed].    This is a good zip for Denver; however, the 1099-R section of TurboTax is not accepting it.
