Where is Form 1040 Schedule 3 ? Filled out form 8962, which says to enter line 26 onto Form 1040 schedule 3 line 9.

Additional Credits and Payments is schedule 3. Yes, part II, line 9 is for form 8962. If you are putting the 1095A into the program, it will do the 8962 for you.

If you received a letter from the IRS, you only need to mail a copy of your 1095A and the form 8962. The IRS will adjust your return for you.

Keep your original 1095A.

TurboTax is NOT filling out form 8962. Based on my joint income for 2019, I qualify for a Premium Tax Credit since my income is less than 65,840. In February 2019, I estimated my joint income would probably be greater than 65,840 based on my 2018 income.

However TurboTax online is NOT automatically filling out Form 8962 and will not allow me to do it manually.

Will TurboTax be fixed soon or do you expect me use your TurboTax and file an amended return?

I would suggest that you schedule a callback with a TurboTax expert to get this resolved.

The expert will be able to see your TurboTax screens to guide you screen-by-screen and offer advice.
