Why won’t it take American express

Says my card number is invalid even though it is not

TurboTax does accept American Express, 

  • Payment failures may occur if:
    • The billing address entered does not exactly match the cardholder's address, 
    • Due to browser issues. 
    • Ensure you are using a U.S. billing address,
    • Remove special characters (like commas or periods) from address fields, 
    • Clear your browser's cache/cookies.

    not sure I figured it out, but when I did it on my computer instead of my phone, no problem...thanks for responding!
