Manually import 1099r

I need to manually type in a few 1099Rs. When I go to the import section and click on Type In Myself. Nothing happens and won't bring me to a scree to type them in?

If you don't have the same screens as described here, contact us again.

You should have four boxes after you select [Type it Myself]

The most common selection is the top-right Financial institution or other provider.
