Here is how to do this in TurboTax Online: Sign in to your TurboTax account and go to your Tax Home. Scroll down to the section titled "Your tax returns & documents." Click on "Add a State" (you aren't actually adding a state; this is just away to reopen your return). Once the return is open, you should be able to get back to Tax Tools.
