Vehicle Expenses Question

Our business is registered as a LLC, but we file as an S Corp.  There are no company owned or leased vehicles.  However, we do utilize our personal vehicle for business purposes at times.  The question pertains to whether those expenses (i.e. mileage or fuel, repairs, maintenance, etc.) can be claimed by the LLC business?

I suggest you create and submit expense reports for the use of your personal vehicles.  Have the company reimburse you, and then the company can expense the reimbursement.
