If you are saying that you purchased the vehicle in 2018, and started using it for your self employment work, you can just add the vehicle to your 2019 Schedule C for your self employed business.

Go to your self employment expenses, and scroll down to Vehicle to Add it or continue to the Vehicle Section and Edit that section to Add another one.

TurboTax will walk you through the year, make and model of the auto and when you started using it for business.

If this was not your question, please clarify.
