Under tax deductions I mistakenly entered an amount under General Sales Taxes instead of State and local income taxes.  I can't seen to go back and reverse this error.  Is there a way to do it.

Follow the following steps to delete these entries:

    1. Under Federal, Choose Deductions & Credits
    2. Under Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, click Start/Revisit next to Sales Tax
    3. If it is comparing your sales and income tax, click on Try Sales Tax Deduction Anyway
    4. Choose EasyGuide
    5. The next screen should show any entries you have made for sales tax. Click the trash can icon/Delete
    6. Confirm

Alternatively, you can try the following steps:

    1. Under the Tax Tools menu on the left, choose Tools
    2. Click on Delete a Form
    3. Scroll through the options and find the Tax and Interest Deduction Worksheet, click Delete
    4. Confirm that you are deleting the sales tax deduction as entered
