Trying to complete my forms and it keeps kicking back a worksheet "HSA Current Year Contribution Adjustment Smart Worksheet" that I have to enter HSA Exempt SP must be entered...  I am unable to enter the number 0 in this worksheet to complete my taxes and it won't pass the review

    I don't see anything obviously wrong in what you entered. This section (WI HSA) had a lot of work done to it off season, so perhaps that introduced some "opportunities".

    Let's try this:

    Go into the Review.

    This same issue will be flagged. ("Check This Entry: Schedule I: HSA Exempt SP must be entered."). Click on the field in blue. Then right-mouse click on this field to open the menu for the field. Then click on Override. Then click on the field again and put a zero in it. Then Continue.

    On the second Review, it flags the override, but the heading on the screen is "For Your Information", not "Check This Entry". I hope that this means that it won't stop you from e-filing.

    If you are ready to go with your returns, give it a shot.

    Where do you see this message in the Federal Review? In a State Review? If so, which state?

    The state is Wisconsin - Now I am lock on the WI screen for Adjustments for pre-2011Contributions.  This does not apply and 0.00 is not accepted allowing me to go forward

    You are getting which same message? "I have to enter HSA Exempt SP must be entered"?

    So were you a WI resident in 2011 or before? Did you have an HSA and contribute to it in 2011 or before?

    Did you make a "adjustment" between federal and state early in the WI interview? If so, what was it, and why did you make it? And when you go to the HSA screen later in the WI interview, what did you put into the first entry?

    No, I did not make any adjustment between and Federal and State early in the WI interview.

    Which HSA screen are you referring to? There are several.

    "Later, in the Wisconsin interview (where I assume you have the question), the first line asks you for the value of your HSA in 2010, less distributions made in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014.

    The second line asks for your HSA distributions in 2022. Note that this is all expenses (even perhaps for non-medical ones).

    @cmartino11

    The third line asks for which of the 2022 distributions were for qualified medical expenses..."

    Are you saying that you don't see a screen that asks three questions as shown above?
