Your spouse reported $4,400 in box 12 code W of the W-2.

HSA information is entered at Federal / Deductions & Credits / Your tax breaks / Medical / HSA, MSA Contributions.

At the screen Was XX covered by a High Deductible Health Plan in 2021? did you select I was covered by a Family Plan every month of the year?

Did you encounter the screen Did any of your HSA contributions go into your spouse's account? when you entered HSA information?

Did you report Yes or No?

    Please clarify.
