Yes, the new version has some problems that are still being worked out. You can return to the classic version, if you wish. Here's how:

Were the returns prepared online?  See the FAQ below on how to view/print an online return for 2014 or 2015:

If you can't find the returns using that FAQ, then you likely have multiple accounts and are signing into the wrong one.   If you still have trouble, please start your own new thread using the link below:

NOTE:  If you prepared the returns in desktop software (CD/download), they will not be in an online account, but would be stored locally on your computer.
