Do I need to include donations I received?

Along with the 1099 I also have more income into my bank account, those are donations I receive. What I do with that if it is not profit from work?

Amounts given to you that were not in exchange for work done are considered to be gifts, and are not taxable income.  It should not be included on your tax return.
