Different number of foreign accounts

the number of foreign accounts is different between what I entered (29) online and the number in the from 8938 (30).
I found there is one redundant account in the from 8938.
But I don't find anywhere to correct it.

COPY1 of the list means the second account not the first one. The account list in the entering page on-line does not contain the first one.

COPY2 should be the third one.
