Why does my 3yr old daughter not qualify for the child tax credit. My 10yr old son does, but for some reason turbo tax is saying that my daugther does not due to "another disqualifying situation" that im unaware of. My wife and I's income is below the $150,000 annual limit so both my children should qualify

Go back to My Info or Personal Info section and review each entry you made for the questions when entering her as your dependent.

You have to enter that she lived with you for Whole Year. You must select that she did NOT provide for her own support.  That there was not another person in the household that supported the child.  And that you did NOT indicate for her Social Security number that it was not valid for employment.

If everything you entered was correct then delete her as a dependent and re-enter again.

Thankyou so much for your response, it is greatly appreciated. Deleting her and adding her again totally fixed the issue.
