Child and Dependent Care Credit issues

I'm seeing 2 problems with Turbo Tax 2022.

1) When I import my 2021 tax return the 2021 carry over value for Child and Dependent care credit is showing 0 on the "Your 2022 Deductions and Credit" summary page.  This is wrong since, I had a value in here for 2021. So i think this is leading to my second problem below.

2) For 2022, for some reason on my child and dependent care credit summary page, the calculated amount for me is $990 and the tax due is $0, this looks correct.  However the green "Your child and Dependent Care Credit" is show $0, this seems incorrect.

The child and dependent care credit has changed a lot from 2021 to 2022.  You will need to check to see if you still qualify.

Here are the changes to the credit for this year.

    Tax Year 2022

For tax year 2022, the Child and Dependent Care Credit adjusts back to the pre-2021 provision and changes back to:

    • Up to 35% of $3,000 ($1,050) of child care expenses for a dependent child under 13, an incapacitated spouse or parent, or another dependent so that you can work or look for work. If you have two or more dependents, the credit will be up to 35% of $6,000 in expenses ($2,100).
    • The credit will be reduced at incomes over $15,000

So with my current situation, TurboTax is calculating $990 which seems correct since $1050 is the max (above for 1 child), just not sure way I'm getting $0 credit populated at the end for "your child and dependent care credit".
