Under Federal
Select Taxes/Deductions & Credits
Scroll to "HSA" or "HSA, MSA Contributions".
Follow the interview
1. Check the box that you do have a HSA account.
2. You will enter contributions not reported on your W-2
3. Post in the "Any contributions you personally made" box.
