The user is posting in the "Credit Score" topic--one of the additional discussion topics available in the forum. But when forum questions are viewed according to time of posting, the topics can be jumbled and intermix with the more-common tax questions, etc.
But in any case, as you mentioned, so far there's not enough info to know what the user is talking about.
@ wambuiessy2 You need to explain more since your question is too vague. But don't post any personal info--this is a public Internet forum. How many times were you charged $149? I assume it was more than once since you said "$149 a month." And who was the charge from?
