Was charged for unnecessary service

Was charged for 110 turbo tax deluxe thus was not needed and would like refund and to file with free version asap

We would appreciate if you could wait to call until after the tax deadline passes (July 15, 2020) so that we can provide service to customers who are trying to finish tax returns ahead of the upcoming tax deadline.
