Took an ATM withdrawal with my TurboCard, and was charged twice?

I took a cash withdrawal the other night with my issued turbotax card. It was charged twice for the same exact amount, and i clearly dont remember making that withdrawal (its also very odd that i would withdraw the same amount twice..)
