Student Loan and Credit Score

I am filing single and have student loans for both my children totaling $300k. My ex and 2 children contribute monthly to the repayment so we are able to afford a higher monthly payment than my income would indicate. While I do receive the benefit of the interest deduction, I am wondering if there is way to have the payments from my children and ex shown as income to me so that my debt to income ratio can improve (which I believe will far out way the interest deduction) and they may be able to receive the interest deduction
