Transferring credit card balances

I see all sorts of advertisements for credit cards that charge 0% interest for some months or even a year. Is it worthwhile to get these cards one after the other and just keep transferring my balance so I never have to pay interest?

I agree. This seems like a scam of some sort. Why would they offer 0%? Aren't they trying to make money?
