How do I get collection accounts removed ?

Collection accounts will stay on your credit as long as you have a balance owed. 

If you have paid them off, they will stop reporting the account and will slowly fall off your credit.

Removing a collection account from your credit report is not possible, unless the account is due to fraud and you can prove it was not opened by you.
