Old debit card

I filled my 2019 taxes and received a new card and my stimulus money is on my card that i filed for last year and i don't have that card no more how do i go about getting my stimulus money

credit card data. I've entered the data several times and get an Approved by you. Then a week later I get the same request. I've talked to you on the phone and tld 'everything is OK'. Then a get another email; all over again????
