Income is incorrect

It doesn’t seem that my pension isn’t being factored into my income.  How do I change that ???

For what year?  For 2018 and prior you might need to mail in an Amended return to fix it.

My pension is tax free so it’s not included when I do my taxes.

If it's tax free then it should not be included in your AGI income.  Where do you want to see it? Did you get a 1099R for it?  Do you need to know how to enter it?

Am I incorrect in thinking that it should be considered as income when your credit score is being calculated ?

Income is not part of your credit score.
