I am disabled and waiting for the government to tell me so. I have 6 credit cards, but only choose to use four. Once I am labeled disabled, I can write off all of my student loans. ( I am assuming this ) I should get some type of a one type of missing wages, which I hope will pay off 17,000 in back child support. I have been living off credit cards and food stamps. I think my $400 pension plus disability should make me enough to live on. A lot of what if's but if it comes true I should be alright ? Maybe ?

I can't speak for the disability pay, because depending on the circumstances of that pay it could be subject to lien for other debt, such as back child support. But generally, SSDI is exempt from such debt. However, your pension most likely will not be exempt regardless of your disability status now, since it's "back" child support that was to be paid when you were in fact, working and/or able to work.
"Once I am labeled disabled, I can write off all of my student loans."
This isn't something that happens automatically. I don't know the details myself, but you'll have to do some paperwork and submit proof of your status before those loans are forgiven. But thankfully due to a change in the tax law for 2018, that forgiven amount will NOT be taxable to you, whereas in the past it would have been.
Best of luck, I hope all the things that you need to happen happen. I did a little searching, and it looks like the biggest piece of the puzzle is that forgiveness of the student loans when the government says you are disabled.
If I read this right: https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/repay-loans/forgiveness-cancellation/disability-discharge it looks like that will happen.
Good luck! Come back and let us know what happens.
