How do I change my first name on my credit score? :(

I recently changed my name, and was wondering how I would be able to have my  credit score associated with the new name. Any ideas, please?

If you changed your name subsequent to a marriage, the credit bureaus will probably get that automatically. If you changed your name for any other reason, you will need to let them know directly and you will probably need to send them proof. Of course, the first thing you need to do is to update your name with the Social Security administration before you update it anywhere else.
