Different credit score

My current Intuit credit score is 679.. i went to a mortgage lender today to check my eligibility. They run my score and it was 565 (middle score) why huge difference?

Different credit score

You might want to ask the mortgage lender since they could be using a different provider or even a different scoring model from the same provider.
