Credit Score Security Questions

One of my questions was "In what state does [Jayne Doe] live in?" Her name is spelled [Jane Doe], so I answered that I was not associated with [Jayne Doe] because that is not a person with whom I am associated. Then, I was blocked from receiving my credit score for answering incorrectly.
