Credit Score Not Accurate

I recently applied for 2 new credit cards and was accepted. I have used these the past couple of weeks. However, this is not reflected in my account. Will turbotax update the amount of credit cards I have or do I need to do something in order to update this information? I want to make sure I can get an accurate credit score.

agreed; credit card companies typically only report to the credit bureaus once per month, so best to give it 45-60 days to appear
