I paid to have my Pa state taxes and decided to mail my return, so my credit card needs to be credit

Did you use a CD/Download product or and Online Product? 

There are no e-filing fees associated with our Online Products.  Any fees that were charged for your state tax return prepared in the Online Products were for allowing the use of the software to prepare the return, not to e-file it.

You may use the TurboTax Online software without charge up to the point you decide to print or electronically file your tax return. Printing or electronically filing your return reflects your satisfaction with software, at which time you will be required to pay or register for the Services.
