With my bad credit score which there are three on mine and should only be two so my score should be higher what credit card can I get with out a deposit on it or without it being a debit card

contest the error with the rating agencies.    negative items can stay on your credit report for 10 years.   there are websites that offer free credit scores and based on that will suggest credit cards you might be eligible for.      even if you can find one, don't expect a high credit line.
