Credit card overcharged

Why did I get charged $120 for a self employment fee when I didn't file self-employment taxes I filed a company tax the W-2 I want that money refunded back to my account

credit card data. I've entered the data several times and get an Approved by you. Then a week later I get the same request. I've talked to you on the phone and tld 'everything is OK'. Then a get another email; all over again????
