Close TurboTax Card

I need to close my TurboTax Card and for days I've been calling [phone number removed] and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone (or the option to wait for someone). No email to email. Called TurboTax, they can't help. Called GreenDot, they can't help.

How the heck am I supposed to get help?
