Applied for secured open sky credit card they deducted $200 from my debit card but haven’t received any cards or approved letter?

I applied for a secured Open Sky credit card they took the $200 payment out of my back account but I haven’t received any approval letter or a credit card yet?

Who should I contact if I have not received my new credit card?

Please allow up 12-14 business days from the date of your approval letter to receive your new credit card. If you have not received your card within this time, please contact us by calling 1-800-859-6412. We will review your account to determine if there has been any unauthorized charges and a new card will be issued.
