Can I be considered a full time student for 2016?

I enrolled in 12 credit hours (considered full time by my college) for spring 2016 semester which was January through May, but ended up not receiving any credits.  I did not withdraw.  I did not get any tuition refund. I was not enrolled in summer or fall session.

Yes, you are considered a full time student in 2016 if you are enrolled at least half-time for 5 or more months or part months.
