Would a person enrolled in GED classes be considered as a full time student?

No. GED classes are not considered being a Full -Time student. In order to be a full time student you would need to be in classes based on what your school considered full time for at least 5 months out of the year.

I am a full time student in RI and lived in CT for the summer months. My main residence is in CT at my parents home. Am I considered a resident in RI or a non Resident?
