The Form 8863 (Education Credits (American Opportunity and Lifetime Learning Credits) Is part of your return and if you e-filed your return, the form was e-filed with it and does not need to be mailed.  If there is a form that needs to be mailed, you can print out your return and look at the instruction sheet.  If a form needs to be mailed, the address will be in the instructions.
