You will just enter the first one, then you can enter the second one right after that.
In other words, if you received (2) Forms 1098-T for your school expenses, then you can enter each one separately, and consecutively. After you enter your first 1098-T in the Federal Taxes -> Deductions and credits section, you should be asked by TurboTax if you have an additional 1098-T to enter. You would answer "yes" to that question, and then you'll have the opportunity to input your second 1098-T.
This process will be the same whether the (2) 1098-Ts are from different schools, or from the same school. The only exception would be if the second 1098-T is somehow an "amended" or "updated" version of the same 1098-T from the same school. This would only happen if your school somehow made a mistake on the first form and later issued a corrected form. In this instance you would simply use the tax data from the revised (second) version.
I've attached a series of screen-capture images to this answer to illustrate what that process looks like (please click the images to open them).
Note that your TurboTax screens may look somewhat different than these, depending on which version of the program you use. However, the process is the same throughout.
Thanks for asking this important question; and good luck with your studies.
